Basic purpose

Suitable for attaching labels or adhesive films on various flat surfaces of items, such as books, folders, boxes, cartons, etc. The replacement labeling mechanism can be used for uneven surface labeling, widely used for flat labeling of large products, and for labeling flat objects with a wide range of specifications.

Optional coding machine or inkjet printer can be installed on the label head to print production date, batch number, and barcode printing information on the label.

working process

Core working principle: The sensor detects the product passing through and sends a signal back to the labeling control system. After the signal is processed by the PLC, the label is sent out at the appropriate time to be attached to the set position of the product. The product flows through the labeling device, and the label is firmly covered, completing the labeling action of one label.

Requirements for label production：

1. The interval between labels is 2-4mm;
